We’re looking for a Shift Manager to join our GXO team at Avonmouth, supporting our operation. In this role, you’ll lead and develop your team, drive operational performance, and ensure our customers receive a first‑class service every day.

This is a full‑time, permanent position, working 3 on 3 off, 06:00 – 18:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of £42,500 per annum and 23 days annual leave.
