Il ruolo

As Partnerships Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through partnerships with schools, guardianships, and other key stakeholders, reporting directly to the Managing Director UK. You will own the full Schools and agents partnerships sales cycle, from identifying and developing new partnerships through to managing pipeline, closing deals, and growing existing accounts. This is a hands‑on role, with a clear mandate to build and scale the B2B function over the next 12–24 months. We are looking for a commercially driven, ambitious individual with strong relationship‑building skills and a bias for action. You will represent the business externally, lead partner conversations, and ensure we consistently convert opportunities into long‑term, high‑value relationships. You will initially operate in a highly hands‑on capacity, working directly on inbound and outbound sales while building a more structured team.

Compensation Base salary: £40,000–£55,000 Uncapped performance bonus (realistic £20,000–£40,000) Additional team incentives and events

Working structure Full‑time role Primarily remote, with in‑person meetings approximately once per month. Regular travel to stakeholders required.
