GP Clinical Lead | £106,250 per annum Plus Benefits | Croydon
Dream Medical are working side by side with a surgery in Croydon looking for a Clinical Lead GP with substance abuse and mental health experience to undertake a permanent role for up to 10 sessions a week.
The GP Lead role includes:
- Responsibility for overall clinical performance
- Line management of all clinicians within the practice
- Working in partnership with the practice manager
- Having an active role in local commissioning consortia and the new NHS
- Involvement with recruiting additional team members

- Be capable of rising to the challenge of working in new ways and willing to practice autonomously
