Our client is expanding its footprint in the crypto space by launching a turnkey liquidity solution for token projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and is excited by the challenge of building something world-class from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard token projects and institutional clients needing liquidity solutions.
- Build and manage relationships with centralised exchanges globally.
- Lead the full sales cycle-from sourcing and pitching to negotiating and onboarding.
- Create compelling marketing materials, pitch decks, and client proposals.
- Drive strategic initiatives and tactical campaigns to differentiate the offering.
- Represent the firm at industry events and position it as a trusted liquidity partner.
- Negotiate commercial terms including spreads, inventory levels, and KPIs.
- Monitor performance and ensure profitability within the first 6 months.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in Sales or Business Development within crypto.
- Proven success in liquidity provision or related services.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high urgency and self-motivation.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.
Bonus Skills
- Experience creating marketing and sales collateral.
- Familiarity with centralised exchange operations and token listings.
- Ability to analyse competitors and identify new business lines.
