This is the job

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to head up the Maintenance department within Recovery Operations. You’ll manage a £6m external maintenance budget and a team of 13, including three direct reports, ensuring our fleet of up to 280 HGVs stays roadworthy and ready for action. This role is for someone who thrives on responsibility and results. You’ll build strong partnerships with our national maintenance provider, drive accountability across your team, and use your expertise in HGV maintenance to deliver outstanding fleet performance while keeping costs under control. If you’re commercially savvy, confident in presenting data and insights to senior stakeholders, and passionate about making things happen, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
