The Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Paid Media Account Director to lead client strategy,

manage high-impact campaigns, and drive digital performance across Google Ads,

Meta, and programmatic platforms. You’ll bring deep expertise in paid search and

social, with strong working knowledge of programmatic (bonus points for hands-on

experience with The Trade Desk). This is a leadership role - perfect for someone

who’s equal parts strategist, client partner, and performance marketer.


Key Responsibilities

 Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across search,

social, and programmatic platforms

 Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as the senior strategic lead

 Oversee campaign builds, optimisations, budget pacing, and performance

analysis


 Translate client objectives into actionable media plans with clear KPIs and

measurable outcomes

 Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to ensure best-in-

class execution

 Deliver insightful reporting and strategic recommendations, highlighting

opportunities for growth

 Monitor industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for

innovation and growth within client accounts.

 Take the lead on new business pitches and support in generating new

business


Requirements

 6 - 7+ years in paid media, with experience in agency or high-growth

environments

 Good experience across Search and Social Ads

 Solid understanding of programmatic media with working knowledge of The

Trade Desk a strong plus

 Proven ability to lead accounts and deliver on performance goals

 Strong analytical mindset with hands on experience in reporting tools like

GA4, Looker Studio, etc.

 Excellent communication skills - able to lead client calls, write decks, and

present media strategies with confidence

 Experience mentoring junior team members and managing internal workflows
