About the company

A long established business based in theMagheraarea are seeking to appoint a Finance Manager to join their team, on an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with full-time or part time options available. The successful candidate will be overseeing a small team, reporting to and working closely with the MD. Open to qualified or qualified by experience accountants, with a background in industry or practice.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of management accounts
• Preparation of budgets/forecasts

• Liaise with external stakeholders

• Statutory returns

• Payroll

• Overseeing a small team

• Cashflow management

• Implementing process improvements across the finance function

• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
