At We Are Futures, you would be supporting high-profile, multi-layered projects - working closely with Project Leads and the wider delivery team to keep everything running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
What You'll Do - Set up projects well - timelines, schedules, admin and resource planning
- Spot risks early - and help keep delivery on track
- Manage workloads - coordinating multiple workstreams at once
- Build great relationships - with consultants, producers, creatives, and account teams
- Champion strong processes - using tools like Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet
- Support client communication - sharing updates, progress and KPI tracking
- Keep quality high - checking work meets briefs, objectives, and guidelines
What You'll Bring - Experience supporting projects from brief to delivery
- A track record of managing multi faceted creative or production projects
- Confidence using project management tools
- Previous experience in an agency environment
- Strong communication and people skills
