Portfolio Solutions Manager

A leading global specialty insurer is seeking a Portfolio Solutions Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering its broker‑led distribution strategy across the London and international markets. Working closely with the Chief Underwriting Officer and senior leadership team, this role focuses on developing strategic broker relationships, driving portfolio solutions activity (including facilities, schemes and delegated authority), and coordinating cross‑class opportunities across a diverse specialty platform. You’ll use data, MI and market insight to support growth, optimise portfolio performance and enhance broker engagement across open market and structured distribution. This opportunity will appeal to a commercially minded insurance professional with experience working across brokers, portfolio solutions, facilities or delegated authority business. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, confidence engaging broker leadership and underwriters, and the ability to translate portfolio insight into practical growth initiatives.
