Legal Counsel - Technology & Commercial

We are working with a technology and AI company looking for a Legal Counsel to support on a 3-month initial contract.

London, hybrid working

The Role

• Provide legal support to a technology‑led business delivering advanced software and AI‑enabled solutions
• Advise on commercial, technology and software licence agreements
• Support procurement and contracting activities with regulated or public sector counterparties
• Provide guidance on IP, data protection and regulatory considerations affecting emerging technologies
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to enable compliant product development
• Support corporate, governance and cross‑border legal matters

Ideal Candidate

• England & Wales qualified lawyer with 3 years PQE+
• Background in technology, software, or data‑driven environments
• Experience advising on procurement or regulated contracting frameworks
• Practical understanding of IP and data protection issues
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
