Working Patterns: Our Management Team work flexibly throughout the working week Monday – Sunday. Days and hours will rotate weekly subject to demands and team availability, working on average 1 weekend out of 3 or 4.

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Residence Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our student residential property and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all residents.
Manage a team of dedicated employees, including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Maintenance Teams, Customer Service & Housekeeping; our Residence Managers deliver exceptional leadership, whilst streamlining best practice for optimal service and delivery. This is a critical and highly visible role within Vita Student with an overall responsibility to ensure our buildings, services and amenities run smoothly meeting our premium and luxury brand standards.
Vita Student delivers a luxury, all‑encompassing student experience. Our aim is to guarantee the best customer service to all residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Residence Managers play a critical role ensuring seamless operations and effective leadership.
