Fixed Term Contract Role - Cyber Security Engineer - Cloud Migration Programme - London
I'm supporting a London-based, Legal Services client who is looking to engage a hands-on Cyber Security Engineer to join a large-scale cloud migration programme.
Location: London (2 days per week onsite)
Role type: Fixed Term Contract
FTC Rate: £60K p/annum - £70K p/annum
Duration: Initial 12 months
This is a delivery-focused engineering role, working within the Cyber Security team to design and implement security controls across cloud and enterprise environments.
What you'll be doing:
- Mapping as-is and to-be data models and associated business processes
- Conducting gap analysis and identifying data issues across the organisation
- Supporting data modelling, data flows, and master data management
- Working on data lineage, data quality, and impact analysis
- Translating business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications
- Redesigning data structures to solve complex data challenges
- Driving data consistency and governance across systems
What they're looking for:
- Strong hands‑on Cyber Security Engineering experience (4-6 years)
- Proven experience delivering security solutions end‑to‑end
- Experience with EDR, cloud security (Azure/AWS), and PAM tools
- Solid incident response experience
- Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, project delivery environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Legal Services experience beneficial but not essential
