We operate from our office in the heart of Borehamwood, a stone’s throw away from the High Street and train station, with a fully secured car park and café on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of properties.
- Overseeing all aspects of Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) management, as well as Non‑AST.
- Serving Section 21, 13, 8 and 42 notices when required.
- Managing rent arrears and implementing recovery strategies.
- Coordinating tenancy administration, referencing, tenancy progression and rent increases.
- Organising and managing inventories, check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Managing planned and reactive property maintenance.
- Monitoring void properties and implementing strategies to minimise vacancy periods.
- Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with current Health & Safety and lettings legislation.
- Conducting property inspections.
- Working closely with Property Management Assistants to ensure smooth administration.
About You
- Minimum 2 years experience in residential property management.
- Strong understanding of UK tenancy legislation and compliance requirements, including the Renters Reform Act.
- Experience managing a residential portfolio.
- Comfortable serving statutory notices and managing arrears.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload.
- Confident communicator with excellent landlord and tenant management skills.
- Experience using property management software.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
