Staffline are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our team based in Portbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background to work within a fast-paced transport environment. The role is Monday to Friday with a rotating shift pattern: 04:30am - 01:00pm, 12:30pm - 09:00pm. The pay rate is £14.36 per hour paid weekly.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the day‑to‑day transport operations
- Communicating effectively with drivers and internal teams
- Handling transport documentation and administrative tasks
- Challenging and resolving driver queries where required
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in transport administration or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong administrative background is essential
- Some knowledge of logistics or warehouse operations would be beneficial
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to challenge where necessary
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
