Key Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager
- Lead all aspects of retail store operations, ensuring success across sales, service, and team development.
- Drive sales performance, customer engagement, and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee stock management, merchandising, and store presentation to company standards.
