Junior Freight Forwarder – Fine Art Division
Location: Feltham, W. London, UK
Salary: up to £32,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

My client is looking for someone with previous experience in Freight Forwarding for the Fine Art and Luxury Goods Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Road, Air, and Sea Freight Forwarding operations, start-to-finish.
- Raise job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
- Supplier and client liaison and negotiation; speaking daily with Museums, Galleries, Auction Houses, and Private Collectors.
- Arrange collections and deliveries of fragile and luxury goods.
- Internal liaison with the sales team to assist with quotations and service information.
- Manage the jobs from quotation stage to final invoicing in line with client expectations and communicate effectively any service issues.
- Proactively contact existing clients to maximise business potential.
Requirements
- Previous experience working for a UK-based logistics company.
- Experience with Air Freight, Sea Freight, or Road Freight Forwarding Operations is essential.
- Experience with Customs Processing and HMRC regulation.
- Previous experience within the Fine Art Industry is desirable, but not essential.
