The Role

Charity Jobs NI is delighted to be supporting Last Sure Start in the recruitment of a Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality early intervention and family support services for children aged 04 and their families.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager, service lead or community-based project professional to play a central role in shaping and delivering impactful children and family services across the local catchment area. Working at the heart of a well-established, community-led Sure Start programme, the Project Manager will lead multidisciplinary service delivery, oversee operational performance, support staff development, manage budgets, and build strong partnerships with families, community organisations and statutory agencies.


The successful candidate will help ensure services remain inclusive, responsive, evidence-based and aligned with the needs of children, parents and carers. This post will suit someone with strong leadership skills, sound knowledge of safeguarding and regulated services, and a commitment to improving outcomes for young children and families through community development and early years support.
