Membership Account Manager

12‑Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time

Office-based – Hatfield | Monday to Friday


We are currently recruiting for a Membership Account Manager to join a friendly, collaborative team environment. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused on building trusted relationships with business members and helping them achieve greater value and outcomes from their membership.


This is not a hard sales role. Success comes from consultative conversations, genuine curiosity about your customers’ businesses, and the ability to identify opportunities where additional services, events, upgrades or sponsorships can add real value.


The Opportunity

You’ll work closely with a portfolio of business members, acting as a first point of contact and trusted advisor throughout their membership journey. Your focus will be on engagement, retention and growth, ensuring members are fully aware of and involved in the benefits available to them.


The role suits someone who enjoys being operational, front‑line and people‑focused, with a natural ability to build rapport and confidence across a wide range of stakeholders.
