With a £2m+ revenue-generating capability in the UK, you’ll play a key role in shaping the agency’s social-first, culturally led communications, and leading major brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative, insight-driven social strategies for multiple clients.
- Scale and evolve the agency’s social capability, integrating influencer marketing.
- Lead new business development, pitches, and uncover commercial growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative, design, influencer, and paid media teams to deliver standout social campaigns.
- Be the senior social point of contact for key clients, managing relationships, expectations, and timelines.
- Own social performance tracking, using data to optimise results and improve strategies.
- Mentor and lead a team, building a high-performing, collaborative social team.
Experience
- Proven success leading social strategy for high-profile brands.
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong experience with influencer marketing and paid social campaigns.
- Excellent client-facing skills and a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- A solid understanding of commercial growth, new business, and scaling social capabilities.
