We’re looking for a fully flexible 24 hr Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development

- Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
- Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.
Sales & Performance
- Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.
Customer Experience
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
