Enterprise Account Executive (New Business)
About Gemba
Gemba is the capability platform for the AI factory.
We’re a small team of around 30 people, commercially ambitious and focused on building something meaningful. Our mission is simple: Never sit through a boring training session again.
We’re now looking for a hungry Account Executive to win new enterprise customers and strengthen how we sell at the top end of the market.
The Role
This is a pure new business role.
You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business revenue per year by:
There is no SDR team booking meetings for you. You own your pipeline and your results.
You’ll be joining a small team of 2 other Enterprise AEs.

We care far more about hunger, ownership and delivery than years of experience.

Up to £70,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £100,000-£150,000)
