Right There are one of Scotland's leading charities that recently celebrated their 200th anniversary. They provide tailored support for people, at home, and in the community, helping those living with the effects of homelessness, poverty, substance use or family breakdowns. Last year they supported almost 4,000 individuals, helping to prevent them from becoming homeless or separated from the people they love. Every person’s story is unique, and everyone’s route home is different – it doesn’t matter what the situation is – we’re not here to judge, only to help.

Head of Property
Responsibilities
- Lead the Property Services team and be part of the Senior Management team.
- Take entrepreneurial responsibility for all aspects of property management and asset recycling, including repairs, cyclic planning, asset investment, compliance and future strategic planning.
- Deliver an excellent customer‑focused service, both internally and externally, through the property team and external contractors.
- Mentor, support and develop staff, creating a psychologically safe culture of continuous improvement and compassionate leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within property management.
- Strong vision and ambition to meet the challenge of providing homes that truly change lives.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of over 500 properties of various sizes, predominantly in the Glasgow area.
