The Role
- Property Litigation Senior Associate

- Acting for central government bodies, local authorities, registered housing providers, lenders, NHS bodies, universities, developers and management companies
- Handling a full range of contentious property matters
- Representing clients in courts and tribunals up to Court of Appeal level
- Involvement in leading and precedent‑setting cases
- Advising on Building Safety Act 2022 issues and residential leasehold management matters
- Exposure to high‑profile national and cross‑regional work
- Working as part of a collaborative national team across Birmingham, Bristol and Leeds
- Opportunity to play an active role in business development and team growth
The Candidate
- 5+ years' PQE in property litigation
- Strong technical expertise and relevant contentious property experience
- Confident handling complex litigation and advisory matters
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Commercial, pragmatic and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable working directly with clients and managing relationships
- Keen to supervise, support and develop junior lawyers
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied caseload
- Interested in business development and growing a practice
- Collaborative team player who aligns with the firm's values
