Business Development Manager

My client, a print business, based in Newcastle, are looking for a New Business Development Manager on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify partnership opportunities
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Think critically when planning to assure project success

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar sales and relationship role within a print or similar Industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
• Enthusiasm for meeting targets and driving growth

The salary range is dependant on experience within the sector. There is also a quarterly performance payment.
