What you’ll be doing
- Supporting and delivering end‑to‑end tender and quotation processes.
- Working with services, Legal and Finance to develop specifications and tender documentation.
- Helping ensure strong contract management arrangements are in place.
- Supporting spend analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Building positive working relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
- Contributing to a collaborative, customer‑focused procurement service.
At the higher grade, you’ll lead more complex tenders, provide professional advice and work with greater autonomy, while supporting and mentoring others.
About you
- Experience of procurement, tendering or contract management, or equivalent transferable experience.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A practical, solutions‑focused mindset.
- An interest in public sector procurement and achieving value for money.
- A willingness to learn, develop and work collaboratively.
