We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day‑to‑day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and delivering an exceptional service for families.

Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in educational leadership.

Location

You will be based at our Explore Learning centre full‑time.

Starting salary

£27,000 PA salary depending on experience. Those working at centres in the London area will receive an additional uplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.

Contract

Full‑time, permanent contract.

Working Hours

Please note, we hire on a first‑come, first‑served basis and reserve the right to close this vacancy once a suitable candidate is hired.
