The Role

As an IT Field Engineer, youll be the trusted expert our clients rely ondelivering hands-on technical support, solving problems, and ensuring systems run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the go-to expert for technical support and troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
• Maintain accurate and organised documentation
• Communicate technical concepts clearly - keeping things simple for clients
• Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider team

What Youll Need

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V
• Understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota
• Full, valid drivers licence
• Basic DIY skills (desirable, not essential)
