About you:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT business analysis or transformation experience
• Proven experience liaising with business end users within large organisations
• Skilled in translating business needs into system requirements
• Experienced in supporting large IT implementations or transformation programmes
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiar with business applications, IT concepts such as SDLC, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and data governance

What you'll do:

• Support process change initiatives and drive business transformation projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and develop detailed requirements for new technology solutions
• Assist in translating business needs into technical specifications
• Support the implementation of diverse business applications within structured IT projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement and successful delivery of large-scale IT programmes
