About the Role
We're offering a rare opportunity to join the UK's largest and most trusted telecoms provider, supporting critical emergency services that operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
In this role, you'll be supporting 999/112 emergency calls, Directory Enquiries (118500), and Relay UK, helping ensure people get the right help when they need it most. This is not a standard call-handling role-it's a vital public service position where your calmness, accuracy and empathy can genuinely save lives.
You'll work with people who may have communication difficulties, providing real-time voice-to-text support with absolute confidentiality and professionalism.
