We are hiring ambitious graduates to join our Manchester office as 360 Executive Search Consultants.
The Role
This is a true 360 position where you will:
- Generate new business from scratch within high-growth markets
- Engage C-suite and senior leaders across life sciences and industrial sectors
- Take detailed executive hiring briefs from innovative enterprises
- Deliver precision-tailored search assignments end-to-end
- Account manage clients to build long-term strategic partnerships
- Build a global network of top 1% talent
