What you'll do
Reporting directly toour Commercial Director, the Head of Merchandising role is central todelivering sales, profit and stock targets. You’ll lead the end-to-endmerchandising strategy, from planning through to in-season trading, shapingdecisions that directly impact business performance.
This role is a keypart of the brand leadership team, contributing to the wider strategicdirection of the business. You’ll work closely with Buying, Design, Finance andwider stakeholders, playing an active role in influencing decisions anddelivering against our commercial objectives.
