Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of long-term financial strategies
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting
• Manage and mentor the finance team to drive high performance
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and statutory requirements
• Provide strategic financial insight to support senior leadership decisions

What Experience is Required

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified finance professional or QBE
• Must have proven experience in a senior financial leadership role within a groundworks or civils sector organisation
• Strong background in financial planning, reporting, and team management
