The Role
- Providing practical, commercially focused legal advice
- Drafting and negotiating a range of agreements
- Supporting business‑critical projects and initiatives
- Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation
About You
- Qualified solicitor‑ NI/ROI/England & Wales – 2+ years PQE (some flex)
- Experience in one or more of the following practice areas: commercial, corporate, banking & finance, commercial property or projects
- Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach
- Team player with excellent communication skills
