Overview

Head of Computer Science - Minster/Kent - £230 to £300 per day - September Start - Temporary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-quality Computer Science curriculum across Key Stages 3 to 5.
• Teach Computer Science across KS3, KS4 and KS5.
• Provide strategic leadership for the subject area, including curriculum planning and assessment design.
• Monitor student progress and ensure consistently high-quality teaching and learning across the department.
• Support and mentor staff, develop and refine schemes of work, and drive continued improvement in core areas such as programming, algorithms, data representation, computer systems, and computational thinking.
