Business Director (Tech Division)

Take the reins of a dormant tech desk and forge it into an absolute powerhouse. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary billing leader to rebuild a division from the ground up, fully backed by the resources, reputation, and immense cross‑selling power of our established 30‑year legacy. You'll lead from the front, spearheading top‑tier software development and engineering hires to dominate the market. Once established, you'll have the freedom to step into a strategic billing leadership role, scaling a dedicated tech recruitment squad.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment with evidence of billings (min. £300k per year)
• Strong understanding of best practices and industry knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of building, scaling and managing a recruitment division
• Demonstrable commercial acumen via managing budgets and P&L
• Proficiency in recruitment software
• Exceptional relationship‑building and problem‑solving abilities
