Junior Broker – £18k basic salary plus commission, On Target Earnings (OTE) £100,000+ with uncapped earnings. Full‑time position.
Our client, a fast‑paced and established asset management firm based in West End, is looking for junior sales professionals to develop new high net‑worth investors for exciting Emerging Market projects, including real estate, hotels and fintech.
Responsibilities
- Develop new high net‑worth investors for the company’s emerging market projects (Real Estate, Hotels, Fintech).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in an outbound calling sales role preferred.
- Excellent phone manner and strong communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, positive, extremely target‑driven.
- Confident, professional and engaging personality.
- Strong desire to succeed in sales to achieve excellent earnings and career progression.
- Willingness and ability to listen and learn quickly.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- Basic language knowledge in Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Bangla or Gujarati is advantageous.
- Understanding and experience of sales is essential.
