SJC Partners is partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire an Associate into its high-performing Consumer M&A team in London.

The Role
You will play a central role in the execution of complex, high-profile M&A transactions, including:
- Building and reviewing detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, trading comparables)
- Leading financial analysis and due diligence workstreams
- Preparing high-quality client materials, including IMs, pitches, and board presentations
- Managing junior team members and supporting senior bankers on client engagement
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in M&A advisory (investment banking or leading boutique)
- Exceptional financial modelling and valuation skillset
- Strong commercial judgement and understanding of transaction processes
- Prior Consumer sector experience preferred but not essential
