Industrial Disease/PI Chartered Legal Executive - Cardiff
A top-tier Legal 100 firm is looking for a Chartered Legal Executive to join its Cardiff office for a maternity cover contract. You\'ll work on a lively multitrack PI and industrial disease caseload, handling files from pre-action to settlement or trial, with client contact from day one.
Responsibilities
- Manage and progress a variety of PI and industrial disease claims
- Draft key documents, liaise with counsel and experts and prepare trial-ready bundles
- Attend hearings and support ADR/settlement negotiations
- Supervise Trainees/Paralegals and contribute to team know-how
What we\'re looking for
- Qualified Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 PQE
- Experience managing your own claimant PI/industrial disease caseload
- Multitrack PI experience desirable but industrial disease experience not essential
