Real Estate Lawyer (Commercial Property)
5+ PQE
£60K - £70K
Berkshire
An ambitious and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to strengthen its Real Estate team with the addition of an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer. With a reputation for combining high-quality legal expertise with a modern, people-focused culture, the firm has experienced significant growth and continues to invest in both its clients and its people. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based within one of the firm’s well-connected offices across the Thames Valley region, offering the chance to work in a dynamic environment without the pressures typically associated with larger city practices.
This role offers exposure to a broad and engaging mix of commercial property work. The successful candidate will advise on matters including portfolio management, lease transactions (grants, renewals, and assignments), landlord and tenant issues, and the acquisition and disposal of a wide range of commercial assets. There will also be involvement in more complex and high-value transactions such as development projects, secured lending, conditional agreements, and property elements of corporate deals. The firm prides itself on the quality and variety of its work, providing a platform for lawyers to deepen their expertise while maintaining a genuine work‑life balance. Alongside managing their own caseload, the successful candidate will play a key role within a supportive team environment collaborating with colleagues, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, a supportive culture, and the chance to progress their career within a firm that is continuing to grow and evolve.
At eNL we value diversity and inclusion. We want to attract people at all levels and encourage applications from all suitably qualified candidates whatever your ethnicity, religion, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristics protected by law in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
