Mediation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Nokia Mediation platforms, including Nokia Data Refinery (NDR) and related mediation systems
• Maintain and support data processing workflows for telecom records such as CDR, UDR, and IPDR
• Support parsing, validation, enrichment, filtering, and aggregation logic within mediation pipelines
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation of end-to-end data mediation flows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in mediation processing and data transformation layers
• Provide L2/L3 production support for mediation systems and related applications
• Handle incident analysis, root cause identification, and resolution within SLA timelines
• Support data integration using file-based transfers, FTP/SFTP protocols, and streaming mechanisms
• Monitor data flow health, identify failures, and ensure data consistency across systems
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream teams to resolve interface and data issues
• Support deployment activities, configuration updates, and production changes
• Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and support activities
• Participate in on-call/shift support as required for production systems
