We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused Solution Consultant to join our Workforce Management (WFM) team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of live customer projects while acting as a trusted technical partner supporting service excellence across the Housing sector. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and customers, ensuring solutions deliver real operational value.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and projects, ensuring a seamless experience
- Collaborate with delivery and support teams to embed customer context into technical resolutions
- Deliver billable work across WFM solutions, maintaining utilisation and contributing to revenue growth
- Support Major Incident processes and contribute to root cause analysis
- Lead and validate post‑incident reviews (P1 & P2), ensuring clear, customer‑ready summaries
- Provide technical governance on system implementations—assessing risk and defining remediation plans
- Represent technical operations in customer service reviews and own follow‑up actions
- Advise internal teams on operational documentation standards to support effective customer outcomes
Bring strong technical expertise and a customer‑first mindset to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience within the Social Housing sector, working with Councils and Housing Associations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive, resilient, and self‑driven approach to problem‑solving and delivery
- Strong experience configuring and implementing large‑scale systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
