Digital Marketing Executive

Overview

My Telford based client is currently recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive. This new permanent position is with an established and successful company. You will be part of a small marketing team. This will be an office based role.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Benefits include 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, Life Assurance, training courses and events, free tea, coffee, fruit and snacks, on-site gym equipment and free parking.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in developing and implementing an effective online marketing strategy
• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and on-site promotions
• Manage social channels including scheduling content, monitoring responses and replying to comments, messages and reviews
• Support SEO activity including keyword research, on-page optimisation, content updates, and site improvements
• Assist with website updates and product content
• Design and edit marketing assets using Photoshop or similar design software
• Support campaign launches, promotions, and seasonal activity
• Monitor and report on content and campaign performance
• Assist with marketplace content and listings where required
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to support marketing objectives

Experience and Skills

• Experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
• Strong written communication skills with an eye for detail
• Creative mindset with experience using Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimisation
• Organised, proactive, and keen to learn
• Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and online brands
