Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Manager in coordinating SAB activity and associated partnership work programmes.
- Ensure meetings are effectively managed, including preparation of agendas, high‑quality minutes, action tracking and follow‑up.
- Provide professional and confidential support to the SAB Independent Chair and Head of Adult Safeguarding.
- Monitor progress against agreed objectives, outcomes and deadlines, supporting effective delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, governance documentation and information in line with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
- Liaise with partner agencies to support effective multi‑agency collaboration.
- Contribute to service improvement activity, reporting, performance monitoring and quality assurance as required.
