We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding and award-winning B2B sales team.

As a senior, field‑based role, you will confidently engage senior stakeholders and independently drive commercial results. Your core purpose is to lead and expand Ecotricity’s sales channel in line with forecasted growth, taking full ownership of developing and managing a portfolio of key TPI partners, including Energy Consultants, Brokers, and other intermediaries, Public Sector purchasing organisations and/or Large I&C direct customers.

You are a self‑driven, commercially minded senior sales professional with a passion for Ecotricity’s mission for a Green Britain. You thrive on autonomy, take ownership for delivering results, and have a proven track record of independently managing strategic relationships and securing new business. You combine excellent communication skills with innovative thinking, and you’re comfortable challenging existing approaches to create better outcomes. You collaborate effectively across departments and build strong, lasting partnerships.
