Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role within our finance team. This position will oversee the accounting functions and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and submit financial reports in compliance with regulations and organisational standards.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar management role within accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
