The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong, long‑term relationships. They will play a key role in leading and developing a high‑performing team, driving business growth, and contributing to the firm’s development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio, maintaining high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Business Growth: Identify and capitalise on opportunities within existing accounts while supporting new client acquisition.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Directors and Partners to shape and execute regional growth strategies.
- Change Management: Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance client experience, and strengthen regional presence.
Candidate Profile
- Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post‑qualification experience in practice.
- Experience: Demonstrated success managing client portfolios and delivering across accounts and advisory (audit experience is beneficial but not essential).
- Commercial Awareness: Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.
- Leadership Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of inspiring teams and building client relationships.
- Ambition: Driven to progress to Director level and play a key role in regional leadership.

This is a hybrid role with a salary range of c.£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus.
