The job

Henry Blue is a collaborative education recruitment business, working with schools and colleges across the UK on both permanent and contract roles. As a graduate, you won’t need any prior recruitment experience because we provide full training and support.

You will learn how to manage the recruitment process, from finding and engaging candidates to supporting schools with interviews and offers. You’ll be confident using our CRM, building strong relationships and communicating clearly because people skills and enthusiasm matter more than experience. We focus on supporting our team to do things the right way, not overwhelming you with KPIs.

Getting the right people in front of students across the UK.
