Orange Quarter is looking for Recruitment Consultants at all levels (entry-level, mid-level, senior) to join our expanding teams. We are hiring in our London, New York, Berlin & Amsterdam offices.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Source Candidates: You’ll be responsible for sourcing both passive and active candidates for our extensive client network.
- Build a high value network: You’ll become a specialist in headhunting the top talent in the most advanced tech markets.
- Build Client Relationships: Develop your own client network, actively reaching out to businesses, understanding where Orange Quarter can add value, and helping them build their tech teams.
- Specialise in Tech Markets: Each Recruitment Consultant at Orange Quarter works towards becoming a market specialist in one or more areas—whether that’s AI, Data, DevOps, Development, Product. You’ll immerse yourself in industry news, attend events, and constantly learn to communicate with both clients and candidates on a deeper level.
