Our platform already connects thousands of ecommerce brands with fulfilment providers and we are scaling rapidly with venture backing and a fast growing team.
We are now hiring a Social Media Growth Manager to grow our presence across social media and generate conversations with ecommerce brands and fulfilment providers.
This is not a traditional social media role focused only on scheduling posts. This role is about building attention, engagement and relationships that generate real leads for the platform.
You will work closely with the marketing team and leadership team to position Fulfilment.com across the ecommerce and fulfilment industries.
Responsibilities
- Grow the presence of Fulfilment.com across key social platforms and turn engagement into conversations with potential customers.
- Creating social media content including short form video, graphics and carousel posts
- Managing and growing our presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Producing engaging content that appeals to ecommerce founders and operators
- Engaging with ecommerce brands and fulfilment providers across social platforms
- Commenting on relevant posts and participating in industry conversations
- Starting conversations with brands through direct messages and engagement
- Identifying ecommerce brands that may need a fulfilment partner
- Supporting the creation of founder and leadership content for LinkedIn
- Analysing which content drives engagement and conversations
- Working closely with the marketing team to support growth campaigns
Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in social media, content or growth marketing
- Experience creating short form video and visual social content
- Experience managing social media accounts across LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- A strong understanding of how social platforms drive engagement and discovery
- A strong interest in ecommerce, startups or digital businesses
- A full UK driver’s license and access to a car
