Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Maths department team to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
- Drive curriculum development, assessment strategies, and innovation across the department.
- Monitor student progress and implement interventions to ensure excellent outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative, supportive, and ambitious culture within the faculty.
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and support the vision and ethos of the Arthur Terry School and ATLP.

- Have strong classroom experience and a proven track record in delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and the ability to inspire colleagues.
- Be committed to the development of both staff and students.
- Can strategically plan, monitor, and evaluate faculty performance.
